I don't think so actually - from what I remember the Lufthansa lounge is in the satellite where the LH flights depart from, and it looks like the SK one is also in a satellite. Both of these are likely to be Schengen-only satellites so you may not be able to get to them.

There's a thread here somewhere that talks about lounge options at CDG - I know for a fact you can use the *A lounge though.
