I traveled with SK/UA as *G with 6 bags from Norway to the US last summer and they charged me the flat rate for all bags. The limit is 4 extra bags after calculating your ticket/FF allowance.

Note that if the total weight of your checked bags is ~46kg or less, my experience is that they will let you check them all for free (at least as EBG).
