If your first stop following departure from Dublin is a UK or near Europe transit, and you don't need to clear US immigration (i.e. you are not heading to US), then 90 minutes is more than enough time, particularly if you check in online and can print your boarding pass.
Since they are flying Delta, they
are going to the US and 90 minutes is cutting it tight.
The Radisson Blu Dublin Airport is fine, although the Clarion over the road from it is marginally better. I wouldn't bother with the Conrad. There are a Holiday Inn Express and a Crowne Plaza nearby, which I mention as you appear to have Priority Club status. They aren't on the airport campus like the Radisson Blu and the Clarion, but they're only a short courtesy bus ride away.
