This probably means I'm denied. So should I just call recon now and see what's the deal or wait to open the letter? Has anyone got a similar email to only be approved later on without a phone call? First time dealing with USB.
i believe you have to wait for the letter and call back with a reference number from that letter. it gives you 10 business days to call back otherwise i believe it will automatically deny your app.
