That's such a huge if that it's generally not recommended. The odds of the agent not even being able to find a way to get there, let alone at a reasonable mileage, are so high that it's almost always a waste of time.

Remember that the FB website displays award and upgrade inventory that is available for FB members using FB miles on AF/KLM. The same is probably true for Al Italia (AZ) and Kenya (KQ?) flights. Most of these awards cannot be obtained with DL miles. OTOH, the FB USA website can be good for searching for certain partners.
AZ does not use FlyingBlue for their FFP. Any AZ inventory showing on af.us will be bookable through SkyMiles. KQ inventory is often problematic, but for different reasons than AF/KL inventory is problematic, it seems.
