The travel time from the Conrad (or anywhere else in central Dublin) is ok, as the cabs can use the bus lanes.
If your first stop following departure from Dublin is a UK or near Europe transit, and you don't need to clear US immigration (i.e. you are not heading to US), then 90 minutes is more than enough time, particularly if you check in online and can print your boarding pass.
