A380 Premium Economy Seats

This topic has had some coverage, but mostly dated. My question is pretty simple: Does anyone have recent experience on the Air France A380 Premium Economy (Premium Voyager) seats 81AB and / or 81KL?

I have reviewed multiple sites and have gotten conflicting information, can anyone with experience in these seats comment on these statements / questions? Pictures would be extremely helpful - this link does not show enough detail -> http://flight-report.com/reportage/717/IAD-CDG.html

1. It appears that these seats have extra legroom due to the exit door in front of them, so obviously no floor or under seat storage for this row.
2. Monitor and tray table is in the armrest which is different than the rest of the cabin. I read comments that the tray table is "much" smaller. From photos it does not appear to impact the seat width.
3. On long flights people may stand in the area in front of these seats.
4. The aisle seats 81B and 81K do not have any storage at all other than bins above.
5. The window seats 81A and 81L appear to have the ledge and storage cabinet at the window.
6. No foot rest
7. Does the exit row door intrude on space for the window seats?

Merci beaucoup!
