I just got off the phone with 9W UK support about what might happen if I get delayed etc between the xfers - she kept trying to say that I get caught up in customs, luggage etc. - it will be my problem, I will have to pay for the new flight!

I hope that it's the lady on the phone who is wrong and it's not 9W policy!
