Providing you are relatively slender and agile. Several times I've been in 28B and had the misfortune to have portly or unsteady people in 29A who used me as some kind of stabiliser as they tried to clamber out.

I've asked about AUP before and found there were only middle seats left. Much as I like WT+ I wouldn't swap an exit WT seat for a middle WT+ so have declined the offer.
