Two years ago I was a platinum member on Royal Jordanian and can't remember the exact occurrence which finally got me to stop using them then. I do remember that they destroyed a fairly new expensive duffel bag and only offered me $100 compensation. The bag was so mangled (ripped material, black tire looking marks on it) that I couldn't believe that a bag could even have been destroyed so significantly just by accident.

Well, time makes you forget.

The last three trips I took, we were rerouted to Kuwait and Doha due to refueling(!!!), which made me miss my connecting flights, and then this latest trip they simply lost my bag. I still don't know where it is or when it is coming.

Keep in mind I am flying business class each time.

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE - try and find any other airline to use. The aggravation you will have is just not worth it.

I have flown this airline time and time again. I have likely flown with them nearly 100 times due to them offering the best time/route for me. Every time I hope that I will be more satisfied but I am always surprised by how awful this airline is.
