In Hi-J seatguru has 29 AK as having reduced width due to the folding table and "reduced window view" leaving only 4 window seats out of 30 in WT+. It's a similar case in Mid-J with 15A being next to the toilet leaving 6 window seats out of 36.

So my question is for frequent WT+ travellers on the 747s who prefer window seats - what are the chances of getting one at OLCI, or even by choosing in advance of that?

Many people see 29AK as very good seats due to unlimited legroom (if you can't get 28BJ which are single seats again with huge legroom). Really depends on normal WT+ loads for your route which can vary hugely..
