I think the DL reps pretty much come here to post DL press releases. Usually the info is stuff already known or discussed here, and then the reps give the official DL comment on it. That's usually followed by a few updates and then nothing.

I've sent some PM's to the reps and got nothing constructive back. Chris who discusses the planes and cabin retrofits is usually very good. DLCorpGirlNYC is decent too, but she only has NYC info (when I PM'd her, she responded immediately but had to forward to others who never responded).
