Flying GFK-DEN-SNA-PHX-ORD (all connecting on the same day) on UA/UA/US/US in a few weeks on one booking. Check-in in Grand Forks is obviously with United and my flights are in coach all the way up to SNA. If I'm flying First class on the US Airways flights and am Silver with US, do you think United will grant me First Class bag privileges since the connecting travel is on a Star partner in First or will they look at the fact that I'm a Silver flying in coach and only grant me one free bag?
