UA operates from T3, the *Gold lounge is the Krisflyer Gold lounge.

As mentioned above, you are in the airside part of the terminal as soon as you get off the aircraft, so no need to do anything other than go straight to the lounge or transit hotel and then to your gate afterwards.
+1. If you get upgraded to C on your way back, you can use the SilverKris lounge. They give you blankets there if you want to catch some Zzzzs. I think they close up the food at around 1 or 2 AM. Drinks are available all night though.
