Today I called the GGL priority line to redeem miles for a family trip in December. I was redeeming miles for two Business Class seats with a GUF2 to First. On one of the sectors they said that they could not make seats available since another "high value" member had already used a "concession" for that flight.
Using ExpertFlyer I have confirmed that there are two "A" inventory seats available.
I do not see anything on the British Airways website that says anything in this regard.
Any ideas on what I can do?
It does not mean anything, if the GGL line uses another point of sale to determine availability.
There also could be something within those 20 pages of T&C I haven't read.
