In Japan? Not a chance -- I just saw a 24 pack of Budweiser for about $16 before tax at Costco here in the US. I rarely see anything at a price point below 150 JPY/can for macrobrews in Japan. (That's for real beer, mind you -- not that happoshu or third beer stuff.)
