Booking A: Cancelled on the 21st March due to schedule time change (noted this to the agent). Refund form submitted the same day.

Refund Receipt: Received 22nd April via email.
Full Cash Reimbursement: (BACS) received 29th April.
Miles Reimbursement: As yet not received

Booking B: Cancelled on the 25th March due to schedule time change (noted this to the agent and on refund form). Refund form submitted the same day.

Refund Receipt: Received 3rd May, via email.
Full Cash Reimbursement: (BACS) received 29th April.
Miles Reimbursement: Received 28th March
