Based on the information on the front page the following are the UN-retrofitted A346s based in MUC.
Recent destinations according to flightaware
D-AIHL, LAX, EWR, DEL, SFO, ORD, EWR, HKG, NRT, PVG, NRT, ORD, EWR
D-AIHM EWR, DEL, PEK, SFO, DEL, PEK, SFO, EWR, CLT, CLT
D-AIHY CLT, CLT, CLT, CLT, PVG, PEK, SFO, HKG , NRT, EWR
D-AIHZ ORD, ORD, ORD, ORD, ORD, EWR, HKG, ORD, SFO, ORD, ORD, EWR, ORD

You can obviously check flightaware.com to see of one of the aircraft above is doing the MUC-SFO on the day of departure, but I am sure you (and I) want something with more advanced notice.
Ah, crap.

I wanted to know if my A346 for next week from MUC-EWR was going to be the new F, and now I see a whole bunch of EWR in your post of unretros, unfortunately.

But, then again, it looks as though the following retrofitted A346s have flown EWR as well:

D-AIHA (as recently as 4/30, but only 3 times in the last month)
D-AIHO (as recently as 4/14, but only once in the last month)
D-AIHP (as recently as 5/1, but only once in the last month)
D-AIHQ (as recently as 5/7, but only twice in the last month)
D-AIHR (as recently as 5/5, but only once in the last month)
D-AIHS (as recently as 5/6, but only once in the last month)
D-AIHV (as recently as 4/27, but only once in the last month)

Don't look too promising, unfortunately.

ETA: in the last month MUC-EWR has seen 18x unretrofitted v. 11 retrofitted. Less than 50/50
