£25 fee deducted on enforced time-change
Cancelled 2 separate itineraries on 3rd April due to time changes by airline that were not advised to passengers.
Realised time changes at t-72 via checkmytrip.
Refund of miles within 72 hours, cheque refund received today but with £25 cancellation fee deducted.
Naturally this is being challenged as the airline changed times, did not inform us and would have caused us to miss important meetings.
