I do not understand the united flight change rules. I have to pay a 250 change fee on a flight to dublin but they aren't deducting it from the original ticket. The lady said i get a voucher back for the refund amount and pay 250 on my credit card...however the system says i get the refund amount back to the original form of payment (in my case a canceled card). Can they be anymore confusing?
