Cancelled Dec 3rd, miles back within days.

£600 back in Jan 10 - the other £2,000 came back this week, after numerous emails, phone calls and a letter.

No compensation.

No polite letter of apology.

Yes. Money and nothing else!

(still, better than nothing!)
