I am close to concluding that Virginia Ave does not give a rat's rear end about what anyone thinks of the airline, or any of the continuing string of customer-hostile actions and policies that they have implemented.

Just envision RA flipping you off, and learn to make peace with that... you'll be better off if you can do this.
