Delta 76H Emergency Exit Row

I am flying DL 210 from JFK to PRG, which I believe is a 76H. Economy Comfort is full.
Can anyone tell me if exit row 20 ( the first of 2 exit rows ) has any recline in the seat ?
Can anyone tell me if seat pitch in row 18 ( the first row behind EC ) is affected by the recline in Row 17 ?
Is tghere any added pitch in row 17 to offset the recline of the seat in front ?
