I was in an emergency landing once. Like this one, no one was injured, and like this one, they had to put us on the next (morning's) flight (in our case, because they could not figure out what it was that had gone wrong with our aircraft -- but it had to do with the landing gear, and you don't play with that!). It was a harrowing few minutes. But no one was injured, and, ultimately, that's the only thing that matters.
