I have a stay coming up at HGI Times Square (really in Hell's Kitchen but that's besides the point). I'm impressed that they already sent me an email asking if I needed anything, days before my arrival. I asked for a king corner room which is as good as it gets in that hotel (no suite) and my request was granted. Nice touch.
