Nothing is guaranteed for goodwill benefits. For example, my 5 year, 10 year didn't happen because both times the J cabin is full, so tough luck on me. Also, it isn't how nice the agent is, it's simply something we should all rejoice if it happens, but don't make a fuss if it doesn't. Afterall, it's goodwill unpublished benefits.
