my partner and I are flying to DPS (via LHR and BKK) this summer. We were able to get F seats from IAD - LHR (United) and then LHR-BKK on Thai. We used US miles, so I imagine that United miles are not blocked. On the way home we got two F seats on the BKK-CDG A380 - VERY excited about that!
