They've changed (unfortunately) the T&C.
Mia posted (a few posts up) the new language that you'll find in the latest T&C.
The primary reason IMO that Chase has begun cracking down is because a lot of people have been selling their points.
Technically, you could still do it and it would still go through.
BUT Chase could shut you down and if they did, you would have no recourse.
