You almost certainly won't be able to transfer points from QR to AM, and at the moment I don't think you can even credit QR flights to AM (without earning club miles) since they're not listed as an AM partner.

Basically, count on not being able to earn anything from QR flying until flights taken after QR officially joins OW.
