Hello,

We are a non for profit charity group transporting the Galgos (Spanish greyhounds) from Madrid to the USA on Iberia airlines.

We were thinking of a transport in July. We need to confirm that the baggage compartment where the dog will be for the flight is constantly temperature controlled. Greyhounds are very susceptible to heat stroke and we would hate to have a tragedy.

Please let me know if the baggage compartment does constantly have air control to keep the area cooled for the dogs before takeoff, during the flight and taxiing back to gate.

The plane is an airbus 340-200.
