According to the terms, no. But, the terms also say it is permissible to use if one of the RT legs is a blacked out date. As I read it, you could book a round trip using a black out date, get the $20 discount on the outbound and cancel the blacked out return. I do not think you would not get points until the TTF's for the return are used and your original funds are used.

I got mine, too. 100 Coke points is just 5 24 packs, or $30 at WalMart on sale. Net cost is $10, or $2 per 24 pack. Or, you can use the caps off the small bottles that come in 8 packs, often 3 for $10 on sale. Figure 4 8-packs are 32 caps or 96 points, then you get the Cokes free, with a bit left over.
