The US Grant is an FHR property with $100 f&b credit, if that matters to you. I have stayed there several times and find the service to be horrible - but the FHR benefits keep me coming back whenever I am in San Diego. Valet parking at the Grant is a ridiculous $40. There is free street parking on weekends right next to the W.
