Either way, Turkey isn't (and never really was) a popular after-army destination (most prefer India/Thailand/South America, some go to Europe). IMO most of the Israeli tourism to Turkey was the הכל כלול crowd - families going to hotels for a weekend/holiday. If that ever returns to pre-2010 levels, both TK & LY should do fine.
