Earning Restrictions: Points earned are not transferable, except as specified in your Redemption Rules, have no cash value and cannot be used as payment of obligation to us. Account-to-Account Point Transfers:...Transfers may only be used to combine rewards belonging to the same individual or business in the Program; or for the purpose of enabling spouses or domestic partners to combine rewards earned in their respective names.
Important information
Ultimate Rewards point transfer features are designed to allow our cardmembers to take advantage of the rewards they earn. The features are not intended to allow transfers to third parties other than a spouse or domestic partner of the cardmember. Transfers to unauthorized third parties or any other abuse of the Ultimate Rewards program may result in suspension or termination of the ability to participate in the program and forfeiture of points already earned.
So based on the rules as both a business card holder and a personal card holder, I am not allowed to transfer to the points from my personal card to my business card or vice versa?
The business card is for an LLC I operate so it has its own EIN. I do not hold any of the premium cards that participate in the ultimate rewards program nor am I interested in obtaining any. I simply would like the flexibility to combine my Ink Classic points with my Chase Freedom points when redeeming points. So am I interpreting the terms and conditions correctly, and is the transfer of points from the business card to the personal card a violation of the terms & conditions?
Thanks
