I'm tracking down some PQM, and talked to a very helpful guy at Chase just now.

My situation is that I purchased tickets in Early April, and they were on my April 25th bill.

The RDM posted (at 2x the UA spend) but not the PQM - I have one of the grandfathered cards that gives me 1 mile per $ spent at UA online up to 5K per year.

The Chase agent said that the RDMS and PQMS don't go on the same feed, and it take 6-8 weeks from the time of purchase for the PQMs to hit Mileage Plus.

I also asked about a "chip card" and he said "soon, UA is THE LAST of our affiliated to get them, and WE'RE WAITING ON A CARD DESIGN FROM UA."
