So, as a part of the usairways bonus, the wife and I cashed in some points for the travel certs (2 cat 6) Original thought was to use hem for our annual winter escape (feb), and take the kids (2,3,13,15) to cancun. Was looking at JW, but also considering Casa Magna. JW looks superior, but thinking food /drink costs may Kill me! CM looks nice, and there's been chatter about POSSIBLY adding all inclusive to points booked stays, for Cash upgrades, but this has not been confirmed. Anyone know for sure??
Then wondering if this is really the best place to use them??
Now considering a possible summer getaway as well.. Plenty of miles, just can't be in the air to too long with the tikes.. Any suggestions?? Ideally looking for nice beach, Great pool(s), along with walkable shops, restaurants, etc.. Thought about Hawaii, with a stopover in CA to break it up a bit (we're from New England) but not sure about that either. Indecisive much!?
Whatever we do, I want to book by next week, before the categories go up..
