Problems booking ex-EUR with shareholder discount
I'm trying to book an ex-EUR ticket to MIA on the J sale that ends today.

The normal price is 2026 EUR and I am trying to bring it down by applying the shareholder discount. I get to the shareholder discount page, my shareholder reference appears to be accepted, but then it doesn't matter what I do, the shareholder discount never appears to apply.

Is anyone else experiencing the same? I'm pretty sure I've used the shareholder discount on ex-EUR bookings.
