i never have had a problem with them forever. however, i had done a del bom flight last week and the miles have not credited. i have sent them an email today but i do not have a copy of the boarding pass unfortunately.
also sometime back i had booked a ticket for my sister on the website and i never got a email from them regarding the ticket details. i had to call up the call center just to retrieve the pnr.
i believe these problems have started since the time they shifted their call centre operations recently. i dont know how flying returns and the call centre are related but this is a major issue.
i had also cancelled an award booking recently and i havent received the miles back in my account though have sent a reminder and its been over 2 months now. and funnily the transaction in my statement where i had redeemed the miles doesnt show up anymore. its like i never redeemed the miles and now they wont return them to me. its very weird. for a moment i actually had started to think i never had redeemed that ticket.
