here is another example on how poorly things are being handled....
i took a return del-bbi flight last month & the miles for both legs did not credit on their own....a week after my last flight i sent them an email with my ticket copy & boarding pass to request the credit....another week went by before i got this reply:
Dear Mr. Keyser,
With reference to your email regarding flight credit, we wish to inform you that we are checking with the relevant team and will get back to you as soon as we have further information.

i waited another week & when the miles still hadn't posted i sent them another email asking what the hold-up was....3 days later i get this reply:
Dear Mr. Keyser,
