If you're talking about trying to access your details on the CX system, you'll need to get your CX confirmation number (different from the VN number) from VN... quite an easy task from most carriers, but no idea how it will be trying to get that from VN.
If you do get it, go to "Manage My Booking" on the CX website and put in your info.
