Getting Schengen Visa H1B about to expire but I-94 valid for two years
I have a H1B Visa stamping valid till 30th Sept, 2013, but my I-94 is valid till May 2015. I need to apply for Schengen Visa for Austria for official work between July-August 2013. I should return on 30th August. Will this be an issue?
