Two per room is *probably* fair game, but I would double-check to be sure.
The standard Marriott or Sheraton lounge (the ones free to elites or sometimes bookable for $10-20 above standard rates) don't seem to enforce things all that much. But I can easily see a higher-end lounge in HK paying much closer attention.

- Supplement HK$ 500 for third person (Age 4 years old or above)
Compound this with my base rate being a double occupancy, and it shouldn't be a problem to add him. Email away!
