For a lounge that commands an $80/nt. premium, I can almost guarantee you they have a specific rate rules related to total guests per room and when extra fees kick in.

Two per room is *probably* fair game, but I would double-check to be sure.

The standard Marriott or Sheraton lounge (the ones free to elites or sometimes bookable for $10-20 above standard rates) don't seem to enforce things all that much. But I can easily see a higher-end lounge in HK paying much closer attention.
