Hi,

It will get the full tier points but only the 25% cabin bonus ( for AA business) compared to 50% cabin bonus for a BA flight number.

You should be able to use MMB.

I used MMB for BRU-LHR-LAX and BOS-LHR-BRU ( BA metal but AA flight nos)
