That said, while that particular presentation looks gross, I wouldn't judge an entire airline's catering on a one-time picture.
Plenty of people judge Alaska's catering by some of the one-time pictures here. That said, I'm sure, like Alaska, United has plenty of hits and misses. This hamburger appears to be a miss for sure. Alaska's BOB burger looks way better than UA's First Class offering - except I do like the pickles, lettuce and tomato UA gives you.
