I would certainly add to that argument. Indeed, from my experience at least, Alaska's BOB selection - especially the hot casserole type dishes - is better than anything offered by AA, DL or UA.

As to United's cheeseburger, here's an example I was served on a recent luncheon flight between Ft. Lauderdale and Newark. A bit overboard on the cheese but otherwise not bad. I think Alaska's is better though. The stuff in the bowl is cream of potato soup.
