I am upset that there is such a thing called a "guest value". That was the point of my post. Everyone seems to be upset with me just for asking for a comp. Like you dont do that at casinos or anywhere else? I am the ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD? That is highly doubtful. 90% of the time the person checking me in has no problem throwing a comp at me. I know I am not guaranteed it. But it never hurts to ask. So I was in no way upset with the manager for saying no to me. But I did see the screen with my own eyes and said "Guest Value" and I had 2 stars. That is the only point I was making.
