I know I am not guaranteed it. But it never hurts to ask. So I was in no way upset with the manager for saying no to me. But I did see the screen with my own eyes and said "Guest Value" and I had 2 stars. That is the only point I was making.

Guest rating? Well... I guess. Every chain hotels have access to such a system. Kind of.
