Do all the A320 family aircraft have club europe leg room seats at the front of the aircraft. There isn't any that are set up with euro traveller legroom from row 1 onwards.
There are at least 3 rows of CE on all flights, except (obviously) from UK Domestic services.
I have seen CE completely empty on occasion, but the cabin still exists. I rather cheekily used the CE loss despite being in ET, but given there weren't any CE customers I didn't feel this was unreasonable.
