The IC GS has cheaper basic rooms but those are unrenovated.
The IC Sin is usually about $250 - $300 which is much cheaper than IC HK
Plus HKG seems to be much more expensive than BKK!
Look at other hotels rather than IC/CP. Look at Holiday Inn, Novotel, Eaton, Metropark, Harbour Plaza, Kowloon, Ramada etc...
Plus, IC Singapore is not in the same class of IC Hong Kong, one of the flagship hotels under IHG.
