Appreciate the comment tev9999. Never used to be as concerned a flyer - but after we had a kid, I find myself more worried when they fly with. Add the fact we are going over the ocean and that I do not know Allegiant as well - I hit the trifecta this time

But comments like yours help remind me that what may look concerning to a layperson such as myself - are actually just prudent decisions by the pilots.
